Bio Individuality is never so evident than in Health, Fitness and especially nutrition. What works for one client will not work for another. Tailoring a program that fits seamlessly into a clients life and walking with them through the process is what sets me apart. The relationship that forms is the best part of my job. I highly recommend Lisa for a personal training. She has helped me transform my nutrition, self care, and exercise goals. Very easy to talk to and uses her many years of experience to encourage and support towards awesome results. Lisa is, by far, the best personal trainer I have ever worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable in all forms of physical training as well as nutrition. She takes a healthy holistic approach (mind, body). I was impressed with not only the results of our training sessions but also the personal interest and care she provided to my unique training needs (which changed over time). Lisa is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. I am 55 and I have been struggling with post menopausal weight gain. Out of desperation, I went on Thumbtack and hired Lisa to help me lose weight, build muscle and gain my self confidence back. BEST THING I EVER DID! Lisa is honest, fun, and willing to work on whatever your personal goals are. Lisa spends more time with you than you pay her for, and she is very good about answering texts and emails as questions arise. I HIGHLY recommend Lisa as your personal trainer.

I would give 10 stars if I could! My husband gave me Lisa as a Christmas present, and was super nervous about it. I was overweight, tired all the time, eating terrible, not sleeping well, and my workouts were tiresome instead of invigorating. I wasn't sure if I was ready to commit to any lifestyle changes and was upfront with Lisa about this fact. We talked through my goals (which was to lose 40lbs) and wanted to become a person that was a healthy eater, not a person that eats healthy. I was a consistent exerciser but was not getting any benefit from it. After tracking my food for 2 weeks, and going over it with Lisa, she quickly established it was my diet that was failing me. Lisa helped me to establish lifestyle goals and slowly worked on changing what and how I ate with me not missing what I was cutting out. I met with Lisa weekly at first, then bi-weekly to discuss progress, life, and any issues I had with what we were working on. I continued to track my diet, so I could go back to the beginning and see how my diet changed for the better. Because I had a regular workout routine that she approved of, we never worked out together in a session, but she gave me tweaks to my workouts (more weight/resistance for instance) to maximize my time spent. I started late January at 219lbs and ended at the beginning of June, surpassing my weight loss goal at 171lbs! I lost 8 inches around my waist and hips, and 5 inches around my thighs. I am 50 years old, 5' 11" tall and never thought I would be at this weight again! I have two slender, fit sisters that have tried to help me over the years with minimal success. I could have NEVER done this without Lisa and her expertise. I am happier, healthier, more energetic, and my workouts are my favorite part of the day again. My husband calls me tiny all the time, Which makes me laugh and smile. He has her number in his phone as Lisa Awesome Trainer. I would recommend Lisa to any person who as struggled and thought they couldn't do it. She has changed my life!
