Jess is an incredible teacher. My daughter is taking piano and flute lessons and has improved incredibly since she started her lessons with Jess. She has also given my daughter much more confidence. She is both very personable and professional. My daughter loves having her as a teacher! I would highly recommend her!!!
Mike is supportive and professional. He has introduced my daughter to many different types of piano music and helped her continue to love music by teaching to her strengths and not putting unnecessary pressure on her.
Fantastic! My husband and I are not musical, and were not raised in musical homes, so when our daughter started to take violin lessons there was a lot of apprehension, particularly with her young age. Dr. Lamb taught her violin and taught us how to help and be supportive. She has been a great influence, patient and kind, while still understanding how to push her forward. She is a clear communicator and sets both short term and long term goals in order to keep practice fresh and fun, while still allowing for the kids to reach their potential.
I feel like I hit the jackpot finding Sarah on Thumbtack! I am an adult who hadn't played the flute since high school. I was motivated to pick it up again this year, so I hired Sarah to get me started. Sarah has helped refresh my music memory and continuously challenges me and pushes me forward. She puts a lot of thought into her lessons; incorporating music theory, technical exercises and songs that are level-appropriate and fun to play. I especially enjoy our duets! I made fast progress by taking weekly lessons, and had so much fun in the process. I have had such a positive experience that I'm signing my daughters up for her piano lessons. Highly recommend!
Greg is great. My boys all enjoy having him as a teacher and he is good at working with all of them. All 3 take piano lessons, but Greg has also instructed them in guitar and sax. Greg is flexible when we need to make changes to our schedule and we absolutely love the convenience of him coming to our house for lessons.
Nicki has been giving my daughter beginner flute lessons for 3 months. Nicki is patient with my daughter and is able to relate to her age (8 years old) and give her help holding the flute and reading music. Nicki is a delightful instructor and I have been very impressed at the progress my daughter has made in a short time. I am also taking piano lessons from Nicki after my daughter's lesson to brush up on what I learned as a child. Wonderful, friendly lessons that are so much fun!
I absolutely love taking piano lessons from Stephanie! She is so encouraging, kind and patient. I am an adult student and I was nervous to start taking lessons at an older age but I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend Stephanie's Music Studio all student of all ages.
Our daughters have thoroughly enjoyed their lessons with Wendy. The girls have learned a lot about rhythm, movement, and tonal patterns. They have also developed better listening skills. We look forward to the progress they will make in the coming year.
It was good very responsive
