- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have standard pricings, but 612 Catering likes to create special menus based on the the clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts usually starts with a phone call. We both then have the chance to interview each other. This gives us an opportunity to talk with the client, get an idea of their event and what they would like to have served at their event. For Weddings, we offer the opportunity to have a tasting of their chosen menu options. After we have been hired to cater an event, we check in with the client several times. For a corporate event, usually by phone. For a Wedding, we ask for a walk through of the venue, and one final discussion before the wedding. We work with the Venue manager, and anyone else the bridal couple would like for us to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef and Owner Danica is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. She has worked as a head Chef for a catering company for 7 years. She has owned 612 Catering for three years. She is known for her creativeness, organization skills and her happy personality.
