"We just bought our first townhome and were nervous about the home inspection process. Scheduling a home inspection in a few days notice was no problem for Custom Home Inspections, LLC and Jason showed up early to our inspection. Not only was I impressed by his professionalism and work ethic but I was very impressed by how much value he provided with tips and tricks to save money on our new home. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He walked around with us and showed us each inspection issue that he made note of and told us what needed to be done to fix it and approximately how much it would cost us. We were very impressed by his love for what he does. That alone made us at ease since this was our first ever home inspection. "Erich was very professional (and so nice!) from the beginning. I initially felt more comfortable going with his company since he is the Owner and Lead Inspector and would personally be performing the inspection himself. He reached out to me directly, provided his contact information and took my call right away. His promptness was so appreciated as we had a small timeframe to complete the inspection. Erich was so friendly and honest - something that is so refreshing these days! He didn't want to overcharge us or provide services we didn't need - I had called a few other companies for pricing and they continued to try to upsell me on "packages" I didn't want or need. Erich really listens and offers great insight during the home inspection - he knows his stuff! His report and explanations were thorough with photos and he took the time to make sure we understood everything. I HIGHLY recommend using Erich and his company ConstructSPEC.
