I can’t recommend Eric highly enough. He really went above and beyond. I wanted this done promptly and he showed up in the evening the following day. The job was more complicated than I thought, but Eric adapted without an issue. The mounting hardware that came with the unit was cheap and flimsy so Eric ran to the hardware store to get heavy duty bolts to make sure it was secure. While this installation was going on, my kitchen was unusable, and while most techs would have gone home and continued the next day, Eric, knowing I had to use my kitchen in the morning, stayed past midnight to make sure this job was done properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. His pricing is more than fair and he makes sure the job is done properly.

Eric installed a hanging dining room light and ceiling fan. I had an issue with the outlet box in the ceiling for the fan. Eric was able to diagnose the problem and came up with a solution to be able to install the fan properly. The fan and light look great! Eric was on time, courteous, and professional.

Eric did great work to install a range hood. There was existing duct work that needed to be modified to fit the new hood. He had to put in new boards for reinforcement and had to be very precise with measurements. Eric is also creative in problem solving when issues arose which I appreciated. Would recommend.

Eric is an excellent technician! I first found this platform to hire someone to install network wires through my house and hoped someone would respond quickly and jump on it. My pricing is within the standard Technician price range between $25 - $60 per hour depending on the nature and complexity of the job. 5% discount applied if above $400

First I get a clear understanding of what the customer wants. Then I explain to the customer the steps (work processes) I intent to take to get job done followed by asking whether customer has any more questions or concerns before I start work.
