Introduction: 🛑 Read first 🛑 How much will it cost 🤔 $99/hour with a 1 hour minimum. After, billing continues in 15 minute increments. $49 flat fee for onsite consultation. What can I expect for $99/hour 🤔 ✅ One on One Contact (1) ✅ Warranty of Work (2) ✅ Materials Sourcing (3) ✅ Basic Materials Included (4) ✅ Consultation (5) ✅ Subcontractor Network (6) ✅ Travel (7) (1) One on One Contact: You can contact me directly (please allow some leeway for response time as I'm either currently working or fielding other calls). (2) Warranty of Work: I personally guarantee my own work. If something is not correct after the job is done, I'll come back and fix it for free (new work not included in warranty). (3) Materials Sourcing: If supplies are needed, I can pickup beforehand and provide receipts for invoicing. (4) Basic Materials Included: Materials for small jobs will be included in hourly rate. Basic materials include, bolts, anchors, screws, tape, caulk, glue, drywall mud (minor patching), other misc. (5) Consultation: Recommendations on out of scope work will be provided at no cost. If I can't provide the service, I will point you in the right direction (See subcontractor network). (6) Subcontractor Network: Projects outside of my services can be refered to other parties. No charge for this service. (7) Travel: Included in hourly rate if information is clear prior to task. If additional trips to hardware store are required, time will be billed.
