We had a tough job, the dishwasher was leaking and pulled up old tile, there was only the 15 leftover tiles we had from installing that floor 20 years earlier. Of course the manufacturer no longer makes that tile. They used the tile we had PERFECTLY, and found trim solutions to manage the tile we were short on. Our floor looks perfect and saved us from having to rip out the whole floor. They had to carefully take out the bits of tile to not disturb any extra space, dry it out, find that the tile was over linoleum and cut that out and fill, fit the exact pieces, and grout. Three separate visits. They were neat & tidy,on time, they guy even put a drop cloth on our floor for his tools to not scratch or leave dirt on the floor. It was not a "cheap" repair by any stretch of the imagination, but in being able to problem solve and deliver well thought out solutions. It saved us four thousand in pulling up the whole floor. So in overall satisfaction is high with this company because they took the time to give me options to NOT tear up my whole kitchen before I was ready. They delivered stellar work, great problem solving, and they shopped out the tile extra's and just put them in. They even matched the 20 year old specialty colored grout. This is not an inexpensive fly by night company- but a well groomed company that takes care of its customers and its employees. The guy that came to do the work talked about how much he liked working for that company and that they were a " real nice outfit". I needed a master craftsman to fix our little patch and we got one. It was not cheap or fast but it was stellar and worth every penny.

I had a small fire in one of my rooms and had to have the floor cut out and the flooring replaced in 100-year-old house. The repair was perfect and they re-polyurethaned the whole room to make it look perfect. They were also willing to use a low-tox polyurethane for the safety of my pets.

This is a company I will use again and recommend to others. Tate is a great communicator, and Loren did a fantastic job on my kitchen update.
