Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Each and every North Country home inspection is conducted with 100% fairness and impartiality to all. Utilizing the most current reporting software provides each customer with a report that is easy to read and understand. The report is written within ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) guidelines and provides disclosure of visible defects and/or conditions that will affect the function of a home. In depth inspection knowledge, purchasing and owning several multi family properties, and experience with renovations provides a strong foundation in which to serve your needs. After completion of the inspection, I will communicate the exposed deficiencies of your home, I will explain each item (along with the causes and implications), and I will provide options and/or leads for repair if desired. As a home buyer and home investor, I enjoy your interests in real estate and provide you with peace of mind in your decision making process. Every home has it’s issues. My mission is to help you have a full understanding of your home, how to deal with them, and the knowledge of being a successful homeowner, avoiding unnecessary costs.

North Country Inspections's reply
Hello Chris, It is my regret to see this less than 5 star review as this is a first negative review for me as I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I would greatly appreciate specific feedback explaining the two star review as I recall receiving positive feedback from you in-person when I completed your inspection in March 2015. I'm more than happy to address any issues that weren't satisfactory, as it is my goal to provide quality service and to stand behind my work. All the best, Chad North Country Inspections

We recently had our home inspected by Chad. I joined chad for the entire 4-hour inspection and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of building codes and how thoroughly he carried out the inspection process. We circled the house several times as he inspected the siding, eaves, sections of accessible roof, all the vents…literally everything on and around the home. Chad checked every electrical socket, faucet, door, window and vent/fan in the house. He pointed out all of his concerns, items to keep an eye on over time, and everything that would need maintenance. Chad emailed us a PDF of his inspection that night. The inspection report was extremely thorough, easy to understand, and included photos of important details and findings. The report also had a summary section of things that needed to be urgently addressed. Overall, we were very impressed with Chad and his report. I plan on recommending Chad to friends or anyone who asks me for home inspector recommendations.

Chad inspected a three-bedroom house and garage for me. His inspection was thorough, and he found several hidden problems that I had not noticed. For example, he identified a non-working exterior electrical outlet, water intrusion at the bases of several windows, and a tree damaging the roof of the garage. He pointed out the issues and explained my options for fixing them. Chad was knowledgeable about everything in my home, and explained how to identify the cause of a problem with the boiler. I recommend Chad to anyone who needs a home inspection.
