- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will only work with clients who take the time to meet me and talk with me about their needs and wants. In order to give quotes I do need to see the spaces in person to determine the many nuances to an individuals' home or small business. We charge a per visit rate based partially on number of rooms we are cleaning for you. Please be prepared to have me come out and meet with you so we can both be comfortable and I can accurately assess what's needed to reach our perfect end result. ***Currently, we are only scheduling weekly or biweekly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do a walk through. I ask specific questions about your desires or pet peeves so I can make a targeted list of cleaning items that will keep you specifically happy. Once I send your specific house quote we schedule a time for their "First Time Cleaning" and set up their recurring weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. Our "First Time Cleanings" are scheduled on a Monday so that we can focus on just cleaning your space that day . Once that is completed, we then move your "Recurring Cleaning" to a day when we are in your neighborhood.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My team and I recently cleaned for a lovely working family of 6; Mom, Dad, two children and 1 cat, 1 dog. They were so excited to have us come and take the chore of cleaning off their plate. For our "First Time Cleaning" we cleaned a total of 9 rooms and two stairways and spent several hours getting everything "bright and shiny". It's always such a feeling of gratification for us to take a space and transform it into something akin to the pictures in magazines.
