- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know our pricing is great which is why most of our work comes from builders. We provide a quality service and offer a 5 year limited warranty on our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will come out and take a look at the project, ask about specific details, discuss products and timeline, if needed offer to use our design team, provide written estimate and once signed by both parties we’ll collect a deposit to secure date/time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We obtain most of our training from our paint reps such as Sherwin Williams or Hirschfields. These are the primary products we use unless clients specify another brand.
