I found Matt to be a really great trainer who knows his stuff and makes the workouts satisfying and fun. He tailors the workout to my energy level and most appreciated has an approach to fitness that is broader than just exercise to include sleep nutrition and stress. I would describe him as high energy, fun, kind, competent and super smart. Plus he has a powerful and inspiring personal story.

Matt is a great trainer. He knows his stuff; mixes things up to keep exciting; and has greatly helped me. He also is great at helping with aches/pains and with my recovery and flexibility. Another strength is his coaching of positive eating and stress relief methods. Overall he is top notch and I have seen great results working with him.

Matthew understands people. He helps you reach your goals without judgement, is very encouraging and helps people make adjustments to their fitness goals based on what is going on in their life. I have made so much progress working with him that I could not have done alone. I have arthritis in my back and was very discouraged and frustrated about my health when I started working with him. He knows how to modify and recommend exercises based on my body and needs. In less than a year I have a ton more energy, have lost weight, barely feel any pain in my back and find working out really fun!

Matthew really listened to wag at my goals were and customized a plan that worked with my lifestyle. I love that he didn’t try to fit me into a box/category he kept asking for feedback measuring my results and mindset and tweaking the plan so that it was manageable and attainable with my daily life.
