I'm constantly reading and keeping up with new research. I'm continuously trying to better my coaching skills and implement new health advancements in both my and my clients lives.

I have always had an overwhelming desire to help people.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently helped a client lose 15 pounds through dietary shifts. I brought to light why her current way of eating wasn't serving her, then helped her implement healthier options in a simple and realistic way.
