- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We have the simplest pricing system that we are aware of. You tell us what you want to do or want fixed. We provide the exact price to do the work - including parts, labor, tools, etc. If we need to do a "parts run" it is on us as we have specialty trucks with thousands of parts and tools, they are really "Warehouses on Wheels®", saving you frustration, time and money. Over 93% of the time we are able to start and complete work the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bi-annually our electricians go through code update; additionally we hold training on an ongoing basis to keep up with industry trends, new products, and safety training.
- What types of customers have you worked with? Many of our jobs start with "my ______ stopped working". We service and repair electrical circuits that aren't working, lights, switches, outlets and find solutions to solve your problems efficiently.
