Terrible company ! DO NOT USE. This company is a scam with bait and switch practices. The employee David called me yelling. The drivers speak very little to no English. They moved items into my out house and just threw the items in there unorganized. The driver demanded I give him a cash tip ! Thank you for your review, and explanation of the situation from your perspective. We highly appreciate it. However after gathering information from all sources, and reviewing your case carefully, we would like to say sorry, we apologize for any inconveniences and disappointment you have had with our company. We discovered that you weren’t present at the time of Pick Up, and whoever was present at the pick up was not present at destination, as a result you are not aware of the whole situation completely. The reason why? Because according to your request we were supposed to pick up 17 items, but when we came - really there were 88 items …. almost 5 times bigger, despite the number of follow-ups you got from David, asking to confirm inventory, and to make sure. We were not the one who were applying fishing skills in that transaction… Did the increase of number of items, lack of pick up payment, separate unloading locations affect your delivery time, damage your items? No, even your review indicates that we are gentle even if it looks like we threw - nothing was damaged over all, this is how we work - no damage. Organizing is not only crews responsibility, especially when it comes to a situation when you were expecting 17 items, but in reality there were 88 - even if foremen will have a PHD in designing - it is tough to make it organized…. that is why we followed your instructions, moving items back and forth, and you seemed to be appreciative of what our guys did, for example stacking your boxes in the garage, with weighting out so you can read it, washer - house, then this heavy piece, what was brought back I your house, then you change your mind and they brought it back to the garage. We apologize for not taking responsibility to organize the design aspect of your relocation. English skills, all drivers have passed necessary federal requirement to be accepted as drivers, and if we missed something, there are special agencies checking on our compliance, so we meet all regulations. They are not native Americans though, we are sorry for any misunderstanding. But the question rises , if driver had bad English, how you were able to understand that they were demanding, or how it possible to differentiate between demanding and asking- if the person spoke very little English...we apologize for misunderstanding. We will work on improving the English language in our employees. We also urge others to realize that every person is different and to have patience and some cooperation with others due to diversity.

We are experienced movers who have worked together a long time, which is crucial when it comes to moving the very heavy pieces going into tight spots.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?The satisfaction of a client taking time out of their day to provide their feedback of their service experience, and to commemorate the hard work of their crew is what feels us with pride and joy.
