Introduction: **Fully vaxxed and waiting to get booster She/They Hi, I'm Alex! I’m a solo Massage Therapist and I've been practicing Massage for nearly 7 years already! I specialize in Swedish Massage, relaxing Therapeutic, Trigger point work, and Myofascial massage. My flow is relaxing and therapeutic and no two sessions are the same—I flow with the pull of your muscles and energy. And I don't believe you NEED to be in pain to feel relief from chronic pain. You can get so much out of therapeutic work without the pressure of Deep Tissue. If you’d like DT please ask, but understand that it’s not guaranteed. I do in-home Massage for clients in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul area, part time. I also drive outside the cities for a slightly higher wage, please don't be discouraged if you live out of the way. I began my journey because I love to help others and it’s all I’ve done since. The space I hold is always one of acceptance and empathy. Everyone is welcome and accommodated to. LGBTQ and Body Positive space. Massage cost per length: - 60 min sessions are $90 - 90 min sessions are $120 - 120 min sessions are $140 -- not guaranteed, especially for Deep Tissue or Myofascial Upgrades: - Aroma therapy is a flat rate of $10 – I use Peppermint and Lavender - CBD is $15 - DT is $20 -- not always available - Cupping is $15 -- I use silicone cups

Alex was incredible. I initially booked her to help me with my migraines, and after my 90 minute session - I felt so much relief. It was one of the - if not the best - massages I have ever received. She was punctual, professional and had everything to complete a spa massage in my own home. 5 stars - would definitely recommend!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Massage cost per length: - 60 min sessions are $90 - 90 min sessions are $120 - 120 min sessions are $150 -- not guaranteed, especially for Deep Tissue or Myofascial Upgrades: - Aroma therapy is a flat rate of $10 - CBD is $20 -- CBD oil is infused with Peppermint and little bit of Eucalyptus - DT is $20 -- not always available - Cupping is $15 -- I use silicone cups

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First time visits with clients starts with text convo to go over clients goals and hash out the perfect time to schedule. Before arriving I'll send a health history form for you to fill out and send back. It goes over any medications, surgeries, injuries, stress level and daily physical activity. If the client lives in an apartment, condo or other type of living space with stairs please notify me so I can plan accordingly. I will ask client about my working space. The more room the better, but can work within a 11' x 6' space. If limited for space just let me know what I'm working with and we'll see what we can do. Next is health history. If email health history form isn't done I'll have physical copies as well, which can be done while I'm setting up. If everyone is healthy enough session will begin.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated with a Diploma in Massage Therapy and Business, and continue every year to take continuing education courses. I apply my training to vivify each session, tailored to each clients needs.
