Mn Black Car Service-A TOTAL RIPOFF...Here's why.I had my partner from our company fly into MSP on business. Upon arrival his flight was oversold, which meant he would be coming on a later flight. I called Ray, and he made the accomadation without any hassle.The car was clean, and he was prompt with the pickup.We also booked a return pickup in advance for 2 days later to MSP for 11:00 A.M., but last minute we had to change my partner's flight to a 6:20 A.M. flight. Now mind you, it's 1:21 A.M. the day of the pickup...we text Ray, and ask if it's possible for him to pickup our partner at 5:00 A.M.(in less than 4 hours).You wouldn't believe what Ray did......Ray texts back at 1:24 A.M., and says there will be a driver there at 5:00 A.M. ready.This service is unmatched! And it's a complete ripoff, because this type of service is priceless.Ray went above and beyond to provide the best hassle-free car service we've ever been apart of.Each time we have business in Minneapolis, Ray is the only person we will do business with.Ray, Thank you for the pleasant experience on behalf of our whole team.

The service was very terrible very rude driver named Ray an African dissent was not on time I nearly missed my flight very unprofessional I will never use this service again

I searched for your reservation with your name and followed up with "your driver Ray" we could not find you name or reservation, would you please give me the reservation number so I can find who exactly you get service from? or can you explain to me here what happened and give me your reservation number please. If you don't send me the reservation number I will consider you just trying to hurt our business , because I don't have any reservation under your name in our company dispatching history.
