- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is basic and usually based on a per table decoration basis, and on what all needs to be done and if day of services are needed. All our prices are competitive to other companies. I always look for the ways to save my client money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my potential client and find out different things about them. If it is for a wedding as most are, I talk with both the bride and the groom. I ask about how they met, what their likes and dislikes are, what kind of story do they want their wedding day to tell? If they have a special theme I put together proposals to represent that theme and once I have sent it to the couple if they like my ideas we take things from there. Some brides already have decorations and know what they want but may not know how to put it all together so I help them with that process. Here at REDS our goal is always to make planning go smoothly and as stress less as possibles. I try to have their look finished and all things ordered within 3 months of their wedding so they can focus on enjoying the rest of their wedding parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken various entrepreneurship classes. I will also be taking some fresh floral design and table draping and backdrop design classes.
