Introduction: Yo. Are you happy with the way you look and feel? If you want to start exercising but just don’t know how; if you are exercising but need a bit of direction; or if you want to be better. I can help you lose weight, put on muscle, increase mobility and execute exercises properly. My philosophy: Exercise is natural and everyone should do it regardless of the circumstances or your conditions. My methods: Nothing fancy. Just plain old hard work and basic movements. Cheng is a top tier trainer. . He’s knowledgeable, *extremely* punctual, and gives you his complete undivided attention during sessions, something you won’t find just anywhere. Before working with Cheng, I struggled with consistency and I didn’t even know where to start when it came to working out. I was nervous to even get a trainer. Cheng takes his time, and figures out what workouts are best for you and your goals while also pushing you to be the best version of yourself. I took a shot in the dark when choosing Cheng to be my first personal trainer, but I would recommend him to anyone. He’s realistic, and made me love working out when I’ve always hated it in the past, and helped me have a better relationship with my body and food as well. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I got stronger. I’m able to workout more than before. Cheng got me back into working out, and he changed my mind about working out. I can workout for life and be consistent after meeting with Cheng. Cheng is the best of the best.
