He trained me for 5 months and I gained 20 lbs of muscle!! Super friendly!! And very intense workout sessions!! Not for the faint of heart!

I worked with Chad for 1 month. In that month I started to see results in my muscle and I could feel myself getting stronger. He is very through in his training. He not only trains but teaches what is going on with the body and the movements he is doing with you. I would recommend him for anyone no matter what your spacific goal is. You will reach it with him.

I've been using Smash as my trainer for just under a year. I've gotten stronger, improved my cardio and lost weight. His workout are challenging and never boring.

I have know Chad for years and can say that he is very knowledgeable about anything fitness, proper diet and weight training. I myself have been a weight lifter and downhill skier for 35 years and have trained with Chad for at least the last seven years. Chad is very engaging and makes your work out actually enjoyable especially when you see that he is training right along side with you. This way you can see how the exercise is done with proper form and that results will happen absolutely...as long as you stick to the program. :) Also, he is the sweetest guys I know!!!

I've had a few awesome sessions with Chad. After the first two he has fixed my back pain with his incredible workout routines. In 08 I was told I would need a second back surgery after a couple years, but its clear that when you have a trainer that knows what they are doing, which Chad Smash clearly does, you can maintain a strong & healthy body. If you think you need to lift heavy to get that hardcore burn & next day soreness, Chad Smash will prove you wrong. You will see results & you will return for more....MAY I HAVE ANOTHER?!!!
