- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They can ask me any questions about pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to their house, meet the animal/animals, and owner to see if it's a good fit. Talk about what to expect from both party's, and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 plus years working with animals. I am also a LMT, level 2 in reiki, and have T'touch training.
