FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic pricing system for writing. For photography, it depends on what the client wants (how many pictures, online, digital copies or printed copies). For website design, it depends on the size of the project, and what their needs are going forward, but I do start with a basic price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take the time to get to know them and see what they want, the image they want to project, and make sure they are satisfied and happy with the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Writing, and have been writing since I was very young. I started working in photography as a teenager and have continued to learn more every year with experience and training, as well as doing photography for nonprofts, corporations, and individuals over the years. I learned website management and design through business positions and training. I managed and helped design many business and personal websites and am comfortable with many content management systems (CMS). I am constantly keeping up-to-date with new photo editing software and techniques, current technology and social media, writing, blogging, and website content writing and trends. My work is high quality and on-trend, while still keeping it classic - with a classy edge.
