- How did you get started doing this type of work?This is a job which really benefits people every day. I always get calls from people thanking me for my work and getting their softener or drinking water system working right for them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I trouble shoot older softeners often I can keep them working at very low cost. One of my pet peeves is that some companies come out on a so called service call but all they really want to do is sell a new system. I'll give you my honest opinion mostly involving a repair. I warranty all of my work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ask for reviews. Honest people will rise to the top. Will the pro help trouble shoot over the phone? If not steer clear. He only wants a sales call. Most of the time I help the customer on the phone first. When I need to I come right out to help. People cannot believe that I will help on the phone for free.
