Introduction: Kicks N Flips is proud to offer a unique learn to swim program that focuses on results! We concentrate on safety, technique, and endurance. Our students learn to swim earlier and better, therefore are more competent when using your pool. It is very common to have four to six year old youngsters able to swim in water over their heads without flotation devices for distances of 15-100 yards at a time! Kicks N Flips Swim School offers an incredibly high quality program that is less expensive than our competitors. We currently have two locations: Plymouth MN, and Wyoming MN. Over the past 20 years, I have worked hard at creating a unique and accelerated Learn To Swim program and have taught tens of thousands of people to swim. I love being able to give kiddos the ability to save their own life at an incredibly young age. I love seeing their faces when they accomplish this and I know they will be competent swimmers for the rest of their lives. I firmly believe that children will succeed if given the right tools to learn. I absolutely love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else!

Best swim instruction in Minnesota! Kids as young as 3 years old learn to swim actual strokes! Much improvement from getting tied up in noodles and doggy paddling that we experienced at the Y. My 6 yo has been taking them for 3 years. She confidently swims the front crawl, backstroke, elementary backstroke and breaststroke!

Kristin taught all 4 of my kids to swim. Her classes on small and effective. She is friendly and outgoing with the kids, but also very serious about getting them swimming with proper technique.

We tried 3 other places before someone recommended Kristin to us. We tried it and it has been an amazing experience. My son wouldn’t even put his cheeks in the water and now he loves the water and can do both the front crawl and back crawl. She doesn’t an incredible job getting kids in the water and learning to swim.

Price range is: approximately $60-$90/session (includes 5-8 classes) Private lessons: $30-30 min Semi-Private lessons: $20/30 min per student *prices are estimates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate for level placement and then figure out which option for classes works best for everyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience teaching 10,000+ people to swim. I received WSI, safety, CPR, concussion, and lifeguard training. I worked as a lifeguard/WSI for 10 years before creating my own Learn To Swim program.
