- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but most homes have unique characteristics and I may need to come to the house and design a custom system. Typically the cost is from $1,500-$1,700. Crawl spaces cost an additional $2 per square foot. Call me directly to get a firm quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can quickly give a precise bid over the phone and send a firm contract by email. The best method to get an accurate bid is to call me. I am also happy to stop by your home to design a complete system and give a quote in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lou Fragale is a licensed Class A Journeyman Electrician with 15 years of construction experience. He applies his trade exclusively to radon mitigation as an AARST certified mitigator. Lou also serves on the board of directors of the Northstar Chapter of American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists.
