- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no standard pricing system in the Real Estate industry. Each broker sets their own minimum fees and expenses. Agents at Remax are given even greater flexibility than most of our competitors with our pricing structure. Remax agents generally have more experience, on average, than agents from other brokers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Never high pressure. I always try to determine how each customer can receive an immediate benefit to utilizing my services. I ask questions to determine what, generally, the customers are looking for. I offer suggestions and ideas. I offer to establish a search for the customers so they can be notified regularly of new property ideas on the market. I never force customers to use any of my business partners such as loan officers or title agencies. I give my customers options through suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bethel University. I have an undergrad degree in Finance from St. Cloud State. I have owned my own real estate brokerages in the past and I train and assist other agents on our team and in our office in business best practices. There aren't too many real estate transaction scenarios that I have not run into.
