- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers, our admin fee is $495 for legal and compliance at closing, otherwise I am FREE for buyers. For our sellers, we charge 6% and an admin fee of $495 for legal and compliance. A small price to pay for a clear and simplified experience with a tech-based approach. You'll understand the process from the get-go, and you'll appreciate the new ways in which we are using viral marketing on social media to get your home Simply Sold.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet for coffee first. I'll buy! It's a good safety precaution to meet in a public space before going into a home together. :-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MN Real Estate license, which required school and many tests. I started out with a well-established independent brokerage to learn everything the old school way. Since becoming one of the fastest-growing agents in the area, I have moved to the elite Simply Sold to stay on top of the latest technology to streamline buying and selling for my clients.
