- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss "Drivers" - What's inspiring or motivating the move? 2. Discuss "Values" - Identifying values helps keep us centered and balanced through the process, avoid blurry lines, "stretching" beyond affordability, limiting stress, navigating highs and lows, etc. 3. Dream of "Vision" - We build a homebuyer compass to navigate the process. This is also where we talk about the impact you would like your home to make. Deciding on a non-profit partner, etc. 4. Determine "Strategy" - we identify the specific steps and resources you will need on the journey (financing, advising, inspections, legal, etc) and determine what agency relationships are necessary. 5. Determine "Structure" - we start to align the tools needed to facilitate the process. We build out a search profile documenting criteria, parameters and conditions.
