- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $45 for the trip/diagnostic service fee to come out and give you a quote. If hired the trip Charge is waved and we give you a flat rate charge. We provide upfront pricing on all repairs and services. we also have a Fifteen percent (15%) Discount to our customers who sign up for our yearly Whole House Plumbing Inspection Program. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen, diagnose, provide a set of recommendations and if hired complete the project on site; typically the same day (if scheduling allows).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 30 years of plumbing experience. We take pride in our work.
