- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitively priced, we charge only $40/hour for remote support & $45/hour for computer lessons. We take a minimum deposit of 1 hour once we agree to start working together, and then we charge at the end of the call in 30-minute intervals. We round up to the next 30-minute interval
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to ask a few questions in the beginning to find out more about you and your personal/business goals with your computer setup. Then we focus on getting your problem fixed ASAP and after that, we make recommendations based on what we have learned from you and your computer setup.

I have certifications from CompTIA, HP, Dell, Apple, Toshiba, & over 10+ years of professional experience
