Jessica is an amazing trainer. When I began training with Jess almost 3 years ago I was a year out from having twins. I learned early on from Jess that that inches come off faster than the pounds. After 4 months I was down 10lbs and that didn't seem like a lot but I lost 27inches and went from a size 12 to a size 6. With monthly measurements you can see and feel that you are achieving a goal and that building muscle does not mean bulking up if done right! As time progressed and I built more muscle, literally one day the pounds just flew off (20+ lbs lost). I stated when we met that I would never be able to do a sit up. I have since blown that out of the water and run numerous 5k's, 10k's, and 3 half marathons! The last being Big Sur, my dream! I also had a very high and erratic heart rate. After 3 years my heart rate has improved and is 30-40 beats lower while running. I now understand the need for a personal trainer. She pushes me beyond what I would make myself do. However, Jess will also listen as I have chronic IT Band issues. She understands when I say that I need to back down on something (as I never back down). Jess is an amazing trainer who will teach you new things about yourself and introduce you to new workouts you may not think of (TRX, Yoga, Boxing, how to use paper plates in a workout if you don't have equipment). She is truly amazing and most importantly we work as a team to achieve goals together! It speaks volumes that now my mother has come to understand why I use a trainer. My mother has now taken up strength training and yoga with Jess at the age of 62!

I learned of Jessica through my daughter and I couldn't understand why she loved personal training. I received a few sessions for Christmas and now have become an loyal client! I now see Jessica twice a week. One day for strength training and big sweaty workout, and a second day to learn and practice yoga. I have come to love having someone come to my house and having privacy while I learn yoga. I have never practiced yoga before, but love it now. (There is also no Yoga studio within 15 miles of me). I also do strength training and at at 62 I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. I wish I would have started weight training and yoga 30 years ago. My arthritis has improved, my endurance is way up, and people cannot believe I am 62.

Looking for a great introduction to yoga? Guidance to further your practice? Or do you simply enjoy great music during your practice? If any or all of the above apply, you must try a class with Alex. My 14-year-old daughter, who is a beginner, and I recently took a class with Alex. Her attention to proper form and guidance on how to get into poses was very helpful. I've been practicing daily for a just a few months and following Alex suggestions I was able to get into Crow pose, which I had been struggling with. Give Alex a try. You won't regret it.

I've been working with Andrea for several months and have a plan in place for the entire year. I expect to continue working with her indefinitely.She is phenomenal in three distinct ways: 1. she is an expert in what she does. Andrea draws on years of experience with athletes as well as her own creatiivty to make workouts that are varied, challenging, fun and explicitly tailored to skill level. 2. her approach is holistic: nutrition and diet play an instrumental role in fitness and Andrea helped me set up goals on My Fitness Pal and gives me feedback once a week on how I am doing. I have workouts for the entire week not just for our sessions together. She understands that mental stress also impacts physical fitness and encouraged me to incorporate yoga or meditation into my routine. Key to Andrea is to help you stretch but also listen to your body. 3. is attitude: Andrea is incredibly down to earth and invested in her clients' success. I haven't worked with other trainers but I was formerly a competitive runner and team captain, and I also interviewed many other trainers, so I have seen first hand that someone can have the intellectual knowledge but lack the coaching ability or holistic view of what it takes to meet your goals. Can't say enough wonderful things about Andrea. I'm getting stronger and feeling my best self working with her.

Andrea has been my trainer since May. She has been the best investment I have made for myself for a long time. She really customizes your workouts to meet your own, personal fitness goals. Not only has she helped me to get in better shape, she has taught me how to correctly do each workout and find where I need more work. She does assessments with you every couple of months to show how your progress is coming. I only do the 30 minutes sessions with Andrea and she has really taught me that it's not about the amount of time you work out, its the type and quality of workout that you do. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone in the twin cities area.

Ashley is tentative to each individual in the setting of yoga studio at the beach or by a waterfall seeing each yogis individual capabilities never pushing yogis to there limits . Ashley's Voice alone carries with energy and love being gentle. She able to perform each stance correctly holding for long periods of times so yogis see the stance Ashley would assist in adjusting your stance till you were comfortable in your stance she has overwhelming amount of patients which is delightful. Overall I give Ashley very high rating as the yoga instructor and as a human being a great friend to everybody bringing the yoga class together in a studio or on the beach Ashley love's instructing yoga her light shines within her an she is able to share herself with you.

I had my first session with Ashley yesterday and we already have set up our next one. She is exactly what i was looking for. She was informative and encouraging. I felt comfortable in the poses since she would correct my posture and she was also very open to questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking anything. I will provide your dog with a break in their day. The break could be a walk to the park, a longer power walk of about 3-5 miles, or a trip to a dog park for fun with other four legged friends. In addition to providing your pup/dog with a break, I will make sure that they have fresh water and any other small requests you might have. For example, a 10-20 minute brushing or 10-20 minute petting/massaging. I lost my walking partner and best buddy last spring to lymphoma. Going to be traveling in the near future, so am holding off for a few years. In the mean time, I am a teacher, and with my summers off, I would love to put some of my free time to helping other four legged friends find some fun in their day. Amber Marie Heigl (Marigold) began her yoga journey in 2007 after a year of rigorously studying dance, music, and performance education at California Pacific College of the Performing Arts. After completing the program, she received a music certificate in the performing arts and returned home to Minnesota. Not sure where to exactly go next, she enrolled in Minneapolis Community and Technical College to continue her studies. There she enrolled in a hatha yoga class and from then on, her yoga path began. From studying dance most of her life, yoga was an innate practice for her. Marigold continued to practice on her own and attend classes at various studios after the course at MCTC. In 2011, she began studying more intensely while being involved in the Karma Yoga program at Svasti Yoga. There, she studied classical Indian yoga and Reiki under Laurie Endris. In January of 2015, Marigold Amber traveled to Nashik, India, and completed the Yoga Pravesh course. She also received her diploma in yoga education. Marigold teaches a combination of classical Indian yoga, meditation, aatha, and ashtanga yoga. She can also offer therapies, such as sound and Reiki healing.
