The greatest challenge I had encountered so far was getting my name out there and separating myself from the rest of the pack. Once people experience my services, it is very unlikely that they will want to go back to the gym and work with gym trainers. First, they have to try my services, and when they don't know I'm here, that's a challenge.
Her strategy is to always be on the top of her clients mind. She sends out little emails and text messages telling her clients that she has been thinking about their last session and how great they did. She shares that she is fond of her clients who have been with her from the start, who've achieved their goals and have moved on to new ones.
