- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 for a private lesson. If you want to bring a friend so you each pay $25, I'm fine with that. 10 miles from where I live in Brooklyn Park is my range. If I'm driving over 10 miles, there will be $2 per mile fee for each mile over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education classes. I attend workshops and went to the Yoga Conference in Minneapolis this spring...lots of fun!! I continue to take classes for my personal practice. I also read and watch teaching videos online.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a caretaker, I love to help people. After I found yoga and how much it helped me, mentally and physically, I wanted to share that with people. It sounds so dramatic to say, but yoga really did change my life. I have worked for a stock broker and have been a surgical technician. Those jobs just weren't for me. I finally found what I'm meant for, being a yoga teacher.
