I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a trainer - he really knows his stuff, and brings alot of positive energy to the workouts as well as variety in exercises. His approach accounts for nutrition, as well as strength and endurance training, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I started training with Chris twice a week back in December 2016 to slim down, regain my athletic body that I used to have when I was active in high school and college sports), and maintain an overall healthier lifestyle. Training sessions run about 45 minutes long and Chris does an excellent job accommodating to your schedule to ensure that it works with your lifestyle. Coming into personal training I was concerned that I would be injured or pushed too hard to due a knee injury sustained in college playing rugby. In the past with other trainers I have re-injured my knee due moving too quickly with leg days and not giving my knee the proper attention. In the three months with Chris, NOT ONLY has my left leg (injury leg) almost caught up in muscle size compared to my right leg- I have sustained ZERO injuries or irritations to my knee thus allowing me to push my body farther than I have in 4 years. Chris also personalizes all of his sessions to accommodate his clients needs and goals and takes the time to write different plans for people. I will be sticking with Chris until I reach my goal fully and past that to ensure I looks and feel the way I want to. I would recommend Armstrong Fitness to anybody that wants to invest in a healthier life, OR wants to accomplish a fitness goal that potentially has plateaued.

I have been training at Train Your Way Fitness for 2 1/2 months now between 2-3 times a week. I can visibly see changes in my body and my endurance. I have been training with Michelle Carlson and she has pushed my body to its limits which is something I was never able to do on my own. Michelle has always been on time with her session times and makes sure I get my full value out of my time with her. She even has created my own personal book so I can keep track of my progress and my health statistics. If you are looking for someone who is friendly and kind, but can push you when you're not giving 100%, I'd recommend Michelle!
I've been working with Lori Johnson for over nine months now. Not only have I lost over 40 pounds but I am stronger, happier, and feel the best I ever have! Friends and family saw my transformation and now they are training with Lori as well! I have done both personal training and fitness boot camps with Lori. She makes each workout challenging and different! You are never bored and you leave knowing you didnt just go to the gym, you accomplished something! Her privately owned gym, Iron Works, offers a variety of workout equipment, a place to change clothes and a lounge for the kids to hang out in while you work out. (or they can work out with you!) What I love about Iron Works (a private gym): - No wasting time hunting for a parking place in a packed lot - No overcrowded classes that you hope to get a spot in - Friendly & comfortable atmosphere - An instructor who is caring and knows you by name - No monthly membership fees! I've always been highly skeptical of trainers. I haven't trained with a ton of different people, but I don't think I've ever found one that I felt super confident that they knew what they were talking about. Luckily, I started training with Rachael, and she changed that! Her knowledge of fitness and the human body is so deep and well rounded. She can help you with your fitness from every angle that you could want, be it working around an injury or your diet. She knows how to give you a workout that will push your limits. I'd say training with her is great for so many reasons, but I think the best thing she brings to the table is her attitude. She's always so enthusiastic, encouraging when you give her 100%, and she never made me feel any pressure to do anything more than my best. Rachael is so passionate and loves what she does, and it definitely shows! I know training with her helped me to push me to new heights. Every session was a challenge, but it was fun and rewarding! I've used personal training before and it's pretty easy to tell when someone really cares vs just doing their job. Jordan is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about fitness as well as nutrition, and even has helped me create meal plans to aid in my goals in addition to fitness routines. Really glad I found his training and I'm totally gonna have the bikini body I want!!
I started training with Ashley and Christian about a year ago, which was one the greatest decisions I have ever made. They have guided me with what I should be eating so I get the results I want, they have encouraged me throughout all my workouts and pushed me to achieve a better and healthier me. One of the great things about training with Ashley and Christian is there are exercises that I was unable to do and they are able to modify it specifically for me. Their gym is 100% private so there is no judgment only encouragement.

I have been one of Michelle's clients for about 7 years doing both individual and small group training. I currently train with here 1 on 1 twice a week and am part of a very fun small group once a week. Michelle is very good at assessing a person's current fitness level, goals, and motivation level and creates plans tailor-made for her clients. She is very adept at motivating me and knows just how hard to push without being too over the top. I went from doing squats with only body weight to doing them with a 75 lb. barbell on my shoulders! She is extremely knowledgeable not to mention has a great personality which makes working out fun, especially when you see results. Since she is also a nutrition counselor, she offers helpful advice in that department as well. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle!
I've been working with Jesse for a few months now with my nutrition. He's explanation and leadership through macronutrient placement according to my specific goals has been invaluable. I'm learning so much! Not only that, he's challenged me with a few personal training sessions that have spiced up my workout regiment. He can push me so much harder than I can push myself and he keeps me accountable to the goals I have set. Life happens and it's hard to stay on track, (even with good intentions) but with Jesse in my corner, I'm not just staying on track, I am seeing results!
