We hired Mitchel to come speak at the Suicide Awareness Walk in St. Paul and were blown away by the effect he had on the crowd. He is an innovative, hysterical, and incredibly deep speaker. His combination of humor, layered with his intense story of his losing his mother....well, there wasn't a dry in the audience. The audience was completely enchanted by him, and he just a wonderful job relating to the audience. I highly recommend him for any speaking gig.
Carrie was one of the best speakers I've heard in a long time. She had the perfect amount of humor and empathy weaved into her talk. I got great feedback about her from the audience afterwards.
We have worked with Rick on many occasions over the past fifteen years. Rick has provided us with sales training, team building, and leadership training that has helped us grow in volume but even more as business professionals. He is an inspirational speaker and trainer who continues to follow up those he has helped. It's more than a job to Rick. I highly recommend using Rick for any training needs you may have. We will use him again.
Janelle is a POWERFUL coach and facilitator, her authenticity and approach is unlike any I've experienced...she ignites life transformation in unique and inspiring ways that are invaluable!
Jeff is sweet and funny, a pleasure to work with. His performance for my daughters preschool class was engaging and inspirational.
Motivational speaking reaches its pinnacle effectiveness when it is delivered with raw emotion and experience. Tyrone Pickett has both of those in spades.
Mark delivered an outstanding and entertaining keynote address. The audience was engaged and the delivery was both educational and entertaining. Great stories about teaching youth and making a difference in the life of students and teachers. Well done!
Vanessa is an amazing speaker that just has a way with words
JL Glass presented at our annual convention for the Maryland State Funeral Directors Association in 2012. His presentation was funny, motivational and inspirational. Feedback from attendees included: "JL was outstanding!" "Awesome presentation." and "Well worth having him part of our convention." We recommend JL for your next event!
Stu is an excellent speaker. He is funny, engaging, articulate, and passionate. He instantly connected with the audience establishing rapport and credibility. I enjoyed Stu's stories - they were entertaining but had a great message. I recommend Stu as a motivational and/or business leadership speaker.
I interviewed Jenny Landon for an article I wrote about her for the local newspaper. She is a published author and motivational speaker who inspires others to grow through grief. Her book, Growing Through Grief, is well-written and full of ideas on alternative healing therapies and how to heal after experiencing the loss of a loved one. I highly recommend Landon for motivational speaking and other inspirational engagements.
Through Kelly I learned how to read food labels in a way that made sense to me. I learned what to do to balance my meals. With Kelly's coaching I was never hungry. If I had a craving, I ate it. Kelly never made me feel guilty for falling off the wagon. She would dust me off with a motivational text or a new recipe to try. I learned that when I feel like sludge, look at what I'm eating. I can't feel fueled from an overly processed microwave meal or a drive thru brown bag. What she taught me to make is 100 times tastier and so much better for my family. I'm down 15 lbs in less than five months without spending hours at the gym. The information she armed me with can be applied for the rest of my life. Bringing Kelly on board was one of the best decisions I've ever made. What happens when that New Years resolution gym membership expires or you never have time to use it? Thirty minutes is all it takes for Kelly to start making a difference. No gimmicks, no specialty meals to buy. Sound, educated knowledge, backed by research direct to you in a way that anyone can build and grow from. I was scared of failing and having someone hold me accountable. Change is scary. But this change is worth the hesitation you might be feeling. Do it! Have that first conversation with Kelly!
Over 10 years, I had tried many different styles of therapy/counseling; however, I could never relate to any of them and found it to be more frustrating/painful than helpful. Knowing that you need help and feeling ready to take action is hard enough; let alone feeling like youre weak and not receiving the support you are seeking. Then I met Gabrielle. We have been working together for quite some time now (4 years actually). She has taken me from literally rock bottom to having a whole new perspective on life. Shes changed my life: I am no longer a victim - I am a survivor! Gabrielle is truly an inspiring and amazing coach. We met face-to-face only once at the beginning of my coaching. From there, we typically have our sessions over the phone for approx. 45-60 minutes. I find the phone sessions are easier than face-to-face interactions. I find it to be a more comfortable atmosphere then sitting on a chair/couch in someone elses office. I don't have to worry about her watching my body language or vice versa. Previously, when I met face-to-face, all I ever felt was like I was being judged and wondered who would see me coming or going to appointments. With the phone, no one even knows when my appointments are unless I want them to know. Gabrielles schedule is flexible and very accommodating. Her style of coaching is different it is not pressuring, invasive or question after question. She listens to what you need, where you are coming from, and where you want to go/be. Her technique is assisting you thru your struggles one step at a time and it's all about choices. Choices that you may not even be aware of or why you have made those choices in the past. You start to realize the reasons behind your actions from your inner self and learn to take care of yourself to break down walls that have been built over time. The tools she utilizes in our sessions are intimidating at first; however, once you start to see how they influence your life you become a believer. I am copying her tools here for you to read again because I am a true believer. They may seem impossible or too overwhelming to handle; however, with Gabrielle and one step at a time, you can overcome them and become a happier, healthier, more confident, worthy individual. Fears: Courage and confidence are gained every time you look fear in the face and learn you can handle it. Change: There's a time for everything and a season for all things under the sun. Support: No one can do it all by themselves. Support lays the foundation to prosper, grow and thrive. Forgiveness: A powerful assertion that bad things won't ruin your life. Purpose: Success comes when you become what you were created to be. Tenaciousness: Never let your actions be influenced by your fears; believe and achieve. Risks: Growth opportunities to obtain your goals and dreams. YOU ARE WORTH IT! Dont let yourself or anyone else tell you anything different...
I am a client of Ann's and was in the audience when she delivered the keynote speech at a networking group's convention. Ann is a very engaging and dynamic speaker who truly connects with her audience through authenticity, honesty, vulnerability and humor. As a coach, Ann offers empathy and insightful support to help her clients break through past pain, current struggles, and our limiting beliefs to become empowered, strong, and believe in ourselves again.
Annie Meehan has a depth of understanding, wisdom and compassion to lead, guide and inspire others.
When I was informed that we would have another motivational speaker, I was quick to roll my eyes in exasperation, thinking: NOT ANOTHER ONE! But, I was pleasantly surprised as Terrence gave us stories that seemed genuine and from the heart, as he flawlessly blended humor and seriousness to make a resounding statement for everyone at the high school. The only "whoops" moment was when the wrong song started playing at the end, ruining a bit of the mood, but that was negligible thanks to the rest of his great presentation!
Lynette Crane was speaker on Introversion in the Workplace at the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Annual Conference in October of 2015. Her presentation was a huge success because she presented extremely relatable information about a topic that is highly important, yet not widely discussed. She presented to a packed room (a very quiet, introverted packed room), but got the group talking and presented with a high level of expertise and engaging wit. This was one of our most well-received HR-related sessions in our almost 30 year history, and we have invited her back for several additional speaking opportunities. I would definitely recommend Lynette to any organization looking for a speaker who is engaging, approachable and knowledgeable, and can help employers, supervisors and employees leverage the power of introverts (which, by the way, is about half the workforce).
I am a voice, a dedicated advocate, for all victims of abuse—each person who has ever suffered sexual abuse, bullying, or the need to hide who they really are.
