We come from a family of people who hoard and we are so thankful for the work they are doing with our 20 year old daughter, who suffers from OCD & Hoarding. They have been able to motivate and encourage her in ways we could never do as parents. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first appointment is a working appointment. We don't need to see the space beforehand. Our goal is to have you see change as soon as possible and to help you understand how to maintain the space after we are gone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals). Our owner is a volunteer at the national level.
