We are about 1 week into a remodel attic room and so far we are very pleased with Miner Construction. They are friendly and are doing very good work.Sep 22, 2016Verified
We had Miner Construction (skip) build us a 15 X 20 cedar deck. He did a really great job. They were easy to work with and a hard workers they finished the job in 4 days even with terrible weather conditions.Apr 27, 2016Verified
It was a pleasure having Skip remove our old deck and replaced it with a new cedar deck. He was very professional to deal with. His workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend Skip for any project.Aug 29, 2014Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? You can receive a "labor only" bid and provide all materials or we can bid your job with a materials allowance. A contract is executed prior to the start of work and change orders are processed as applicable. You will be assigned a project manager to schedule dates and times of our crew or any subs. We'll do our best to finish quickly and efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We will prepare a "proposal" for you - it will outline our labor costs, any sub labor costs and a materials and permit allowance. You will receive periodic invoices which show materials costs to date. We return any materials overage to you. Prior to the start of work, all homeowners must execute a legal binding contract that outlines the work to be done and the amount of the payments to be made based on the proposal. This gives everyone involved a reference tool for the costs and work involved in your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?MN Licensed General Contractor.
