What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our normal M-F 8AM-5PM rate is $75 to come out/covers first half hour of labor. $60/Hr thereafter. We charge more for evenings, weekends and holidays. Our averager service call is 45 min. We offer Furnace, Boiler, Water Heater, Gas Fireplace and AC tune ups as well. Price varies by equipment, quantity and season. Discounts given for multiple calls / properties. Additional charge will apply for emergency and out of area calls. We service a large area. From about Mankato to the North Twin Cities Metro.
