- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 15, I got a job installing seamless gutters. After awhile, I learnt a lot about the trade and customer service. When I graduated high school, I invested in a gutter machine and slowly started to build a business. Now today, my wife and I own the business together and have two crews with highly professional and knowledgeable installers, installing seamless gutter systems and gutter protection on homes of many. We hope to continue to grow our company and to make it as successful as possible with Customer Service our #1 priority!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We create solutions that direct rain water away from home's to prevent future damage to homes and there foundations. Most commonly, we install 5 or 6" Seamless Gutters to catch the water which flows down the downspout and away from the house. A lot of homes we do also require having gutter protection added to their gutter to prevent their gutters from clogging due to trees.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Our advice to a customer looking to install seamless gutters, downspouts, or gutter protection on their home would be to research. Research the Company and check their background. Research the product and the ratings they have received. Speaking to other homeowners and reading what other homeowners have to say about a Company and their Product is the best way to know what kind of service and product you will receive.
