We had a fantastic dinner experience with Christine as our Chef! She provided an evening family meal for 8 adults and 3 children to celebrate retirement. Appetizers, dinner and dessert were provided. Not only was dinner delicious, but Christine was kind, competent, efficient, and she left our kitchen sparkling. We would most definitely hire her again for a future event.
I booked this Master Chef knowing that I would not be disappointed for an intimate birthday dinner for 12 people. I asked for steaks and was very satisfied. He was very accommodating and worked with all my requests. Had a delicious salad, steak, asparagus, and dessert. I am glad I decided to hire this chef for my celebration. All my guests were impressed!

We hired Daniel for my mom's 60th birthday dinner at her home. He cooked an amazing 4 course meal. Things that were good about working with Daniel: easy to communicate with leading up to the event, flexible (we had a last minute location change), detail oriented and well prepared, the menu he prepared was diverse (made both meat eaters and vegetarians happy) and the food was delicious - we especially recommend his artichoke dip, smoked salmon and cauliflower au gratin! We would definitely recommend working with Chef Daniel!
Jill taught me that cooking from scratch was very easy and so much more rewarding than pre-packaged food. I was very interested in homemade sauces and dressings. She taught me the basics and showed me how to elaborate. I made Eggs Benedict with a hollandaise sauce that was out of this world. We also made from scratch an enchilada sauce. I highly recommend Jill. She is very passionate about her work and a very skilled chef.
Orlando exceeded our expectations in every possible way. During our consultation session with Orlando, he displayed professionalism but you could also sense his passion for cooking and entertaining. Additionally, Orlando was extremely responsive and organized over the many weeks that we planned the menu and logistics for our dinner party. The execution of the Mediterranean menu was phenomenal - words cannot describe the authenticity and presentation of the dishes. I will most definitely hire The Global Chef in the future and would HIGHLY recommend others do as well. Bon appétit!
Chef Bershok gave me and girlfriend amazing service through out the night. The menu me and Chef Bershok came up with was spectacular. The lamb chops were nice and tender the rissoto was great. The chocolate lava cake was superb. I highly recommend her to anyone looking at have a special date night. She made our night really special

From an intimate gathering at our home- cooking a fabulous meal from start to finish for our guests, to a retirement party of 100+ and a community event with endless hors d'oeuvres... Sue is an excellent chef and cook. When she caters an event she is professional and friendly. The pizza's we order for our garlic harvest crew are always excellent and careful attention is paid to ingredients (which I am pretty picky about). Sue is also adaptable. I know when I first knew her she sometimes used ingredients I was not very interested in but she has gleaned so much experience cooking at co-ops and local and organic food restaurants, that she knows how to cook with everything our local foodshed has to offer.
