- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are a smaller business we don't have a huge overhead like the bog box stores and can pass the savings onto the customer. With that being said, we still work hand in hand with the distributors they do and can offer other products you won't find there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite them to stop into our showroom and look at a full line of samples of all flooring, except ceramic tile. We also provide free estimates and will have a line by line detailed cost sent to them if so inclined.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, commercial, builders....we go where the work is!
