I am very disappointed with the cleaning that was done. The wood floors were vacuumed with a hose skipping a lot of areas. Dusting was done around things instead of picking them up, missing a dresser completely. The gel pad in the kitchen was not picked up and mopped under. The steps to the landing were not cleaned. There was a big smear on the oven door which was not cleaned. The steps upstairs were vacuumed with a hose missing most of them. After mopping there were still clumps of dust on the floor. Overall I am very upset that I paid $210 for the services I received. I will not use the service again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.Dec 20, 2019Verified

Zeno group did a great clean up of the condo. They were prompt and very easy to talk to.
