Lisa is, by far, the best personal trainer I have ever worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable in all forms of physical training as well as nutrition. She takes a healthy holistic approach (mind, body). I have been training at Train Your Way Fitness for 2 1/2 months now between 2-3 times a week. I can visibly see changes in my body and my endurance. I have been training with Michelle Carlson and she has pushed my body to its limits which is something I was never able to do on my own. Michelle has always been on time with her session times and makes sure I get my full value out of my time with her. She even has created my own personal book so I can keep track of my progress and my health statistics. If you are looking for someone who is friendly and kind, but can push you when you're not giving 100%, I'd recommend Michelle!

I let my life go. I was very over weight and had just been prescribed anti-depressants from my doctor. My daily routine was my job, eating, and laying on the couch watching TV. I knew things had to change. I interviewed 5 different trainers on thumbtack and decided to go with Trevor Hoha and Beyond Personal Training. I was nervous and scared. But, within 6 months I had lost 40 pounds and was off of the anti-depressants! Trevor guided my through workout routines that he designed specifically for me and my goals. He provided me with good nutrition information and gave me the confidence to achieve my results. I have pride in myself, better health and more energy. I have a better self image and I look good! My friends and family are blown away by my transformation. A co-worker and a personal friend now have signed on with Trevor also and are having great results! I have just started working with Will, but I feel like I've already learned so much. I went to him with a very weak knowledge base surrounding personal training and weight training. He initially asked a lot of questions to make sure that he understood what I was hoping to accomplish and then planned my training sessions around my goals. He has patiently answered my many questions and taking the time to to teach me the importance of physiology and proper form. I have only worked with him a few weeks, but I already feel that my mobility and strength have improved.
I've always been highly skeptical of trainers. I haven't trained with a ton of different people, but I don't think I've ever found one that I felt super confident that they knew what they were talking about. Luckily, I started training with Rachael, and she changed that! Her knowledge of fitness and the human body is so deep and well rounded. She can help you with your fitness from every angle that you could want, be it working around an injury or your diet. She knows how to give you a workout that will push your limits. I'd say training with her is great for so many reasons, but I think the best thing she brings to the table is her attitude. She's always so enthusiastic, encouraging when you give her 100%, and she never made me feel any pressure to do anything more than my best. Rachael is so passionate and loves what she does, and it definitely shows! I know training with her helped me to push me to new heights. Every session was a challenge, but it was fun and rewarding! Tim has been training me, helping me get back into shape, and helping me reach my goals for about 3 months now. He is very motivational and pushes you to become better and to really take that extra step in becoming who you want to be physically. He knows limits but also knows what we have to do to really be able to work hard and achieve goals. As he is attending a very health-based college, Tim is very well educated on the human body and how to help it. I feel so supported when I work out with Tim because he really has the client in mind, and truly wants to help them. Overall, my training experience with Tim has been phenomenal, and I can't wait until we break through more of my/our goals!
While I’m still at the beginning of my fitness journey he has already helped me significantly by getting me motivated and resdy for what’s ahead. Giving me tips and tricks for days I don’t see him. We have been working on many mobility and strength training excersizes while mixing in some cardio. Every time I see him he’s ready with a new workout specifically for my wants and body shape. Very professional while still being friendly and open. Excited to keep working with him to meet my goals! Great trainer! Will post before and afters a little later down the line.
Absolutely love my sessions with Courtney! After 4 sessions I can already start to feel and see a change with my body! I highly recommend her as a trainer for someone who needs to get their life back together and get back on track with fitness and a health diet!
I worked with April for 6 months leading up to my wedding and honeymoon. She trained me 2x a week and created an easy to understand workout plan that I could do alone 3x a week at my apartment gym. In addition to training me she helped me overhaul my diet, educated me on what was in my cupboards and brought me to the grocery store to teach me how to shop healthy. She went above and beyond to help me reach my goals. I hit my goal weight 5 weeks before my wedding :)
