John is great to work with, and I say work with cause it's a team effort. John works fast and does a great job screening potential tenants to make sure it's a perfect fit for everyone, owners and tenants. John is personable, I appreciate the fact that when I'm talking to him he truly cares about my property and tenants not like some of the box rental agencies where you are just another number. You want to be able to trust your property manager and I'm totally comfortable with John. So don't get lost in the numbers with the other guys, and trust your property to John. You won't regret it

I really don’t write a lot of reviews but I wanted to write this one for John. I’m new to using a rental company for my duplex. I had a lot of questions and was blown away by the work that John had done for me. Everything is so organized and John is very responsive. He is very professional and always sets up layers to protect my business. I have had a lot of stress in the past and feel very confident for once that I’m in good hands with John. I’m in customer service field for my career and I recommend using Johns company without question! I wish more people knew about his great work and I look forward to adding more properties in the future under John.

I was looking into renting my house and I reached out to John to express interest in him being my property manager. He came and looked at my house and expressed interest in having that role. I had continued interest as well but had some additional questions. I sent him two emails with those questions, which were both not returned. I sent a text message, which was not returned (it might have been to a land line since he talked about not giving out his cell phone). And I left a voicemail, which was not returned. Never heard another word from him, so I hired after two weeks another property manager. I don't know if something happened to him or what. If it did, I will amend this message.
