They cut corners and didn't paint or caulk some areas on the house exterior that were not readily visible, but should have been painted. Gutters and downspouts weren't properly prepared and within six months the paint was peeling off. When contacted numerous times, Mike O'Callaghan promised to come out to take care of the problems, but he never did.
