We had a fantastic dinner experience with Christine as our Chef! She provided an evening family meal for 8 adults and 3 children to celebrate retirement. Appetizers, dinner and dessert were provided. Not only was dinner delicious, but Christine was kind, competent, efficient, and she left our kitchen sparkling. We would most definitely hire her again for a future event.

We had Chef Stiles come on-site at our corporate headquarters for a one-hour cooking demonstration sponsored by our Wellness Committee. Jill taught me that cooking from scratch was very easy and so much more rewarding than pre-packaged food. I was very interested in homemade sauces and dressings. She taught me the basics and showed me how to elaborate. I made Eggs Benedict with a hollandaise sauce that was out of this world. We also made from scratch an enchilada sauce. I highly recommend Jill. She is very passionate about her work and a very skilled chef.
Chef Louden did a wonderful job preparing all the food for our Birthday festival. She helped come up with the food thyme for the party as we did not have a clue what we were wanting. We diecided to go with chicken and steak fajitas, all the fixings for them, homemade re-fried beans and Spanish rice, pulled BBQ pork sandwiches. She made her own BBQ sauce and a delicious salsa. All the food was done on time and set out just before the party started. Her bubble personality and wonderful smile fit right in with the crowd of people. I could not have got a better deal anywhere else for catered food. She also used the food we already had to make it just to help keep the cost down. I used this caterer for 2 of our children's grad parties. The first was a taco bar with Spanish rice for 100-150 people. My thoughts were that it was organized and very delicious. Chef Ben was professional and timely. The second party was a burger, brat, and dogs, with potato salad and coleslaw. It was the best potato salad I have ever had. Again I was not disappointed with Bens professionallism and the food was amazing! I also used him for a super bowl party. He made BBQ pulled pork, brisket, and Spare Ribs. I can't even describe how good they were. I can never have anyone else's pulled pork after Chef Bens. It was sooo delicious. At all 3 events I had many of my guests tell how delicious the food was and asked for his contact information. I would defiantly recommend him and I personally would use him again and again in the future.
Chef John Politte is a wonderful partner of Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP). Chef John catered our Spring Delight fundraiser and comes to our lobby once a month to do a cooking demonstration and hand out delicious food samples to families we serve. He is kind-spirited, hard working, and has a great sense of humor! Our families and staff always ask when he will return for his next cooking demonstration. You can count on Chef John to be prompt and professional for any event and provide wonderful food that everyone will enjoy.
I attended a cooking class where Chris Schlueter showed us how to create a variety of dishes using kale. She made it interesting and demonstrated how to use kale in making pesto, pasta dishes and more. The best part? We got to taste everything!!! This was a practical class, and yes, I can make these recipes at home.
Shells is a great home style cafe. Staff visit with you have fun and joke around. You will not be hungry when you leave. She has the best home made pies and even the mashed potatoes are real. I give Shells 5 stars.
