- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing Quality a Valued Service is our focus. As such, we typically would like to walk the facility before offering a price or even an estimate. With COVID precautions, we have found that often virtual walkthroughs are enough to get the project going and a physical walkthrough will follow. If it's a new structure, we would need to have an extensive phone call with you, or sit down with you on a Zoom call to further understand the project in great detail before providing a number. However, we typically are able to provide same-day initial architectural consultation if you call before 1 pm. Thus, your call is what determines how quickly we can begin providing solutions to your project. So don't wait... Call. We often surprise our clients with our responsiveness. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Phone conversation regarding the scope. Step 2. Same day site visit Step 3. Decide to accept the project or not. Step 4. Explanation of project details and what to expect from us. Timeline, deliverables, etc. Step 5. Agree on the number, sign the agreement, and start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Degree in Architecture, Registered Architect in Georgia and Alabama. Over 20 years in construction.
