I liked that I was able to get the max allowed for my settlement. But it took almost 3 years to get everything settled from my accident. I felt like because there wasn't a lot of damage to my car in my accident but to my body it wasn't as important. Also felt like when I called her just got the run around with questions that I would ask and very often would have to search other resources. I also would have to send stuff she requested multiple times. It seemed like she was very disorganized. I was also contently reminded that I was getting a discount of her services.
