- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that we should be seeing a property to accurately quote a possible job. Our price comes from a free proposal that we will send to our prospects after visiting the home. You will find our current sales promotions on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Our Homestead office will set an appointment with the homeowner(s) for a sales representative to visit the home. 2. The sales representative may be able to give a quote at the time of the appointment, but will more often need to do external research on costs and materials. 3. Proposal will be delivered to the homeowner(s). The sales representative will able to go over financing options if needed. 4. Once the proposal is signed we will invite the new customers to be a part of our online construction management system - Buildertrend. This system allows the customer to view photos, project calendars, and send messages directly to their sales representatives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always making sure our workers are up to date on developing technologies and strategies, and are certified in anything we do.
