Our IICRC certifications requires us to take continuing education credits every two years
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research on the Better Business Bureau website. Look for certified cleaners in your area through the IICRC website. IICRC cleaners are only going to clean your carpet or upholstery by the manufacture's recommendations. If you have a warranty on your carpet or upholstery an IICRC cleaner must be used to maintain your warranty.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We are just not a carpet cleaner, we are a highly educated cleaner who understands the science of cleaning & stain removal.
