There is no one I love working with more than Katherine. She's insanely talented, whip-smart, efficient, and creative. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk! The first thing I want to do is get an understanding of what you need and how I can help. After we find out if we are a good fit for one another, I pull up my boots and get crackin' on whatever you need me to do. Websites, blogs, brochures, essays, emails, help with marketing strategy...it's all in my wheelhouse.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a senior copywriter/editor at a large health care company in the Twin Cities.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I majored in advertising in college but the mundane theories of advertising to the masses bothered me. It didn't make sense. When social media came along and provided companies the opportunity target their message to a specific population, that's when I became really excited about my field.
