Jim was very kind and patient with me. As a single woman I’m always very hesitant to have male contractors in my home. Jim completely made me feel at ease. He also told me air duct and vent cleaning doesn’t need to be done every year, as i has been told by all other air vent contractors, but every 2-3 years. He was also very responsive in our communication and very honest. I would hire him again and I highly recommend him!
